    Let's start with the all-new New York Disc Lock that's used versus the New York Padlock. The disc lock is harder to break with its hardened double deadbolt. This means it's harder to drill, harder to twist & snap, and harder to cut.

    The previous New York Legend used a 3' chain, not bad, but sometimes you just need a little more. Now it uses a 5' chain made up of heavy-duty 14.5mm 3T hardened steel links.

    Security ratings don't do this chain justice. The only reason it has a 10/10 rating is because the scale doesn't go higher. If somebody is able to successfully break through this chain and lock without being noticed, let's face it, they earned it.

    If you plan on carrying this lock on your person you better have a strong back. The New York Legend weighs in at 15 lbs.
