You can also use the 1/8-, 3/16- and 1/4-inch drill bits in your impact driver to drill small holes. The Impact Duty bits in the Milwaukee 40-piece Shockwave impact driver bit set consist of heat-treated Alloy76 steel to withstand the higher torquing demands of impact drivers. That means you can fasten surfaces from drywall to hardwood to sheet metal. The set includes Milwaukee magnetic drill bits meant to drive nuts up to 3/8 inch in diameter. Each screw and nut driver bit has a unique shaft design that is geometrically configured to provide a SHOCKZONE that absorbs torque impact and extends the life of the bit. Precise Fit Custom Machined Tips on all screw fasteners prevent screw stripping and tip wobble, while also stopping the Milwaukee high-torque drill bits from walking at the point of contact.
