The feedback from our test pilots ensures you that neck fatigue during use is greatly reduced, furthermore, this hose does not leverage or disconnect the MagLock Air in high G or high impact environments. At MassDepot.com we have a very easy 60-day return policy. Email us at sales@massdepot.com and let us know that you want to return your item. As long your item is 100% new, never used, never installed, and is in the same condition as we sent out to you, we will provide a free prepaid label for you to return your item back to us. If the item is used, damaged, and/or not in the same condition as sent out, the return may be refused or subject to a 50% restocking fee depending on the condition of the returned item.
