As long your item is 100% new, never used, never installed, and is in the same condition as we sent out to you, we will provide a free prepaid label for you to return your item back to us. If the item is used, damaged, and/or not in the same condition as sent out, the return may be refused or subject to a 50% restocking fee depending on the condition of the returned item.
